个人简介
吴立新长期致力于大洋环流与气候研究,在大洋环流基本理论和气候系统年代际变化方面取得了一批有重要国际影响力的原创性成果。在Science、Nature等国际权威杂志上发表论文百余篇,在跨尺度海洋动力过程及海气相互作用领域具有全球影响力。
吴立新作为首席科学家承担了多项科技部、基金委国家重大科研计划项目。依托海洋试点国家实验室,他领导发起了“透明海洋”重大研究计划,推动新一代全球海洋观测网、海洋超算等多项工程的实施,为海洋强国和海上丝绸之路建设提供有力的科技支撑。
